At Gap Consulting our customers are always right, and when we get asked to ‘bend’ the Microsoft Dynamics CRM product to do something outside of its current capability, we respond.
We work with customers to understand their business processes, and perform a technical review to determine the best design for the bespoke requirement within Microsoft Dynamics CRM. We develop using the Microsoft’s recommended approach, Microsoft’s SDK, and utilise other supported tools to perform bespoke work.
Gap Consulting do find there are common areas of ‘enhanced’ functionality that our customers need. Where possible, we consolidate these requirements into a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Add-On or vertical product.
Our products are cost effective for our customers, attractive to Partner resellers and for Gap Consulting, gain recognition within the industry that we are investing in Microsoft Dynamics CRM to further enhance an already excellent product.
